PMO Analyst/Coordinator - Solihull (Hybrid remote working pattern - 2 days in the office)

This one's for my PMO Analysts/Coordinators out there who have had extensive experience supporting the PMO function across a number of activities within the business. You will report directly into the Senior PMO, within a team of 15 and be responsible for the maintenance and housekeeping of the department and project schedules.

The growth within this business has been phenomenal, and they have a global reach of over 7000 clients - so the work is there! This function supports delivery of circa 150 projects a year, delivering software to clients around the UK.

You'd have the ability to influence from day one but you must be highly organised. The role requires you to manage Change requests, Demand Management Forms, Project Tracker Logs, RAID Logs various reports and MI data, and the follow through of specific activities with Project Managers, BA's and Customer Success Managers.

You'll be someone that is an advocate of the customer, so keeping the customer journey in mind and being aware of the customer impact would be a bonus here! This role allows people to find constructive solutions to attain maximum impact, so feel free to suggest areas of improvements! It's very much a collaborative effort here. It is fast paced, you'd be part of a growing business and you'd get chance to build strong relationships with all teams and develop on your personal skills within the workplace.

Minimum requirements

  • At least 1 year working in a similar PMO Analyst/Coordinator role
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • Experience ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, effectively, and consistently
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience

Commute - The split will be 2 days in the office (Solihull) & 3 days working remotely - they want you to enjoy the best of both & spend time for yourself as well!
