Primary Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Data process modeling, data mapping data design and technical workflow design

  • Administers tools (SharePoint, JIRA, Teams, PPM etc.), develops & maintains PMO site on SharePoint and compiles various portfolio status reports.

  • Proven experience with SharePoint 2013+, administration along with SharePoint Online

  • The PMO Portfolio Administrator is responsible for coordination of agency departments projects and project leads, data gathering and reporting, mentoring/training and daily project management tasks

  • The PMO Portfolio Administrator is also responsible for managing projects, using defined project management methodologies
