A Principal Technical Consultant (PTC) is responsible for not only the functional aspects of projects, but will be the technical expert on the customer engagement team. You will be in a client facing role where you are consulting clients on ServiceNow's best practices, with the end goal of accelerating and driving customer business outcomes.

This is a senior role, where the ideal candidate would have anywhere from 4-6 years of experience.

May serve as the Achitect on projects
Lead design, requirement or technical workshops
Development, testing, and deployment activities with ServiceNow's top clients
Implement, configure, and customize ServiceNow for clients

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING MODULES: (EXPERT LEVEL)

- ITBM
- CSM/FSM
- SecOps
- Integrations
