Offering remote working (UK) due to evolving during the pandemic means that the design and research teams are now working remotely, with occasional travel to the office for social and collaborative work.

About you:

Are you ready to take the next steps in your career and become a Lead Product designer that is ready to help evolve the creative direction and establish design within an agile teams. You will need to be an experienced designer comfortable with UX and visual design with a strong digital product design background and experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.

Above everything it is vital that you will be an advocate for the end-user and design guided by data. Collaboration is highly valued within the company and while it is important to be an experienced designers there is also a great need for potential and drive. There is also scope to influence what you use and how as the budget is there - can put a case in. E.g., we need to do AB testing and we need this tool, that's fine as long as you can justify what you need to help with your daily jobs they are happy!

What will the job look like for you:

  • From discovery through to final design, you will produce designs for a diverse range of users, platforms, and problems.

  • Collaborating with UX researchers, Analysts, PMs and Developers and others in an agile, fast-paced environment.

  • An empathy and compassion for end-users while appreciating business needs. You will be able to deliver a holistic solution and help solves problems for users.

  • Evolving design by working with colleagues on quality within the design community by being one of the voices of design, inside and outside of the company.
