Product Manager (Data & Analytics) - Up to £60k

Product Manager - Birmingham (Partial or 100% remote options available) - Up to £60k (or more for the right unicorn!) - 10% Pension - 15% annual bonus - flexible working - training and development & much more!

"IT'S SUCH AN AUTONOMOUS ROLE WHERE YOU CAN FEEL LIKE THE CEO"

"IT'S LIKE OWNING A START UP, BUT WITHOUT THE RISK."

One of Birmingham's cutting-edge eLearning providers are leading from the front, now looking to expand their team due to exponential growth and success, with a Product Manager who has come from a Data & Analytics background.

They are looking for a commercially savvy, high calibre Product Manager to come on board to own, define and drive the data strategy for the publishing team. You would understand external client trends to coordinate products & understand how this data can feed to create insights, new products, and features.

Ideally, you would be able to build a business case of internal demands and translate this into clear cut priorities for the team. Even the 'given' traits like high levels of written & verbal comms are super important whilst you are the go-to person for this role. Of course, no day is linear and no day in business ever is (I'd love to see it happen one day!) so your ability to operate within a fast-paced agile environment AND responsively adapt is crucial.

Beyond that, you will be a self-starter, curious, technically savvy and a problem solver.

Your role will include BI reporting, owning the roadmap and working with the commercial teams to create a backlog if features & data requests. Quality and data driven results here are imperative (practicing what they preach!) and it's very much a collaborative effort here. You'll be a social butterfly, but you won't compromise on the results! It really is a 2 way street!

The client's minimum requirements

  • Experience within Product Manager role from a Data & Analytics background
  • Experience with Jira, Power BI & SQL
  • In-depth knowledge of owning a product roadmap & overseeing delivery
  • Managing key relationships and working with cross functional teams

Commute - 100% remote at the moment. If you wanted to travel into the office to Birmingham 1 or 2 days a week because you're missing the human interaction, then it literally is your call! Nothing like a bit of desk chat/coffee catch ups in the morning with your work friends!

Salary - Our client is paying up to £60k for this role, maybe even more so if you think you fit the ball park but your salary expectations are slightly out then try me anyway! It's ALWAYS worth a shot.

Why should you apply? My client is gearing up for their biggest chapter yet, so want driven people on board to help define their longer-term commitments whilst supporting you too! Just an FYI - You MUST have right to work in the UK for this role.

Apply now with your most up to date CV. Interviews are commencing Wednesday, Thursday & Friday so get cracking with your applications!
