Product Manager - Online B2C platform
A pan-European B2C firm are looking for an experienced Product Manager with a background in digital B2C or e-commerce platforms to lead the improvement of the online self-service product, but also drive innovation beyond this product into other products that would boost customer service (ie. AI / Chatbots, etc).
The role is part of a technology function but will sit between that and stakeholders in Customer Experience and Marketing to take a digital platform that it is its infancy, and help develop that to a mature state.
This is a new position and will join in tandem with a Customer experience director so there is a lot of scope to innovate around the product itself, but also suggest ways to innovate with other digital offerings as well.
It goes without say that the role requires solid background in the fundamentals of been a Product Manager; so deep, applied Agile knowledge is essential, developing high-level product roadmaps, working with internal & external delivery teams, comfortable working with C-level stakeholders, etc. The main crux is having a solid understanding of digital Customer / User Experience design, establishing KPI's to measure & drive success, some experience of E-Commerce or some kind of B2C online self-service / fulfilment and just been an awesome problem solver.
** Due to the ongoing CV19 situation, they will interview entirely via Zoom and onboard & start remotely. Post-Covid, they still offer a couple of days a week of working from home. **
