The role: Product Owner
As Product Owner, you will have a keen eye for detail, working with the business and technical teams to understand requirements and collaborate with the delivery teams to push this business even further forward.
This is a multi-faceted role where you should be comfortable wearing and switching between multiple hats: Product Owner/Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Manager.
You will be responsible for managing workloads via the Product Bug Backlog, ensuring the highest priority issues are dealt with first and reporting to the wider business on the progress of the state of play. You will also provide accurate and easy to understand reporting of development status, risk, and issues, to varying levels of stakeholders throughout the company.
Your day to day will consist of facilitating daily meetings and removing blockages from the team, whilst working closely with the wider Product team to understand the roadmap backlog. You will also be required to own individual development streams when necessary.
- Knowledge of Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban)
- Prioritising between multiple stakeholders
- Facilitating sprints, stand-ups & retrospectives
- Maintaining a strong collaborative relationship with the delivery team(s)
The ideal candidate will have experience in the world of eCommerce, and proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner. A solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies, is also preferred.
