As the QA Manger you will be responsible for QA governance and process across the digital estate, whilst working with product, development, BI, commercial, and various other teams across the business.

Your experience and skills

Experienced in an online/eCommerce environment
Previous use of TestRail, Zephyr, or similar
Line management experience
JIRA/Confluence
Experience with AWS, Salesforce, Adobe, Snowflake
Effective test case creation and management
Experienced with
- Functional requirements
- Non-functional requirements
- Test documentation
Able to interrogate APIs (e.g. via postman)
Experienced with cross browser/device test strategies
Proven experience with end to end and regression test strategies
Knowledgeable with test automation (practice and strategy)
Excellent interpersonal communication & influencing skills. Confident in working with internal and external teams

Your role

During your role you will lead on test planning standards for business projects and technical change strategies.
You will lead on reactive QA processes for ad-hoc and bespoke customisations to the digital estate.
The right candidate will take responsibility for QA governance and standards for all levels of technical changes with a healthy understanding of an agile business agenda.
You will ensure that QA processes are scalable, cost effective, and complaint with applicable regulations
