Regional Vice President of Sales - Austin/San Antonio
Oscar Technology is currently working with a leading IT Solutions provider in Austin and is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales. Looking for this candidate to have had leadership/managerial experience at a Value Added Reseller!!!
This is a leadership position, managing a team of Account Managers to help the company achieve targets. Looking for this person to develop strong relationships with OEM partners and have a proven track record of growing and successfully scaling up the business.
FULL TIME POSITION: Strong base salary offering, excellent package and OTE ranging from $300-350k
REMOTE based: travel as required for client meetings.
- Developing strong relationships with key IT and executive decision makers, OEMs and Strategic Partners
- Proven track record of managing teams and supporting the sales teams hit quotas
- Clear vision/strategy on how to grow
- Support the sales team with companies complete line of technology solutions to include hardware and professional and managed services
- Ability to bring accounts over with you, is highly preferred
- Experience with solutions in Cisco, Dell, HP, Pure, Storage, Managed services, Data Center, software & cloud solutions
- Live in Austin
- Ability to travel as needed
- Strong leadership experience
- Possess excellent initiative and self starter mentality
