Role: Sales Enablement Program Manager
Design and deliver training sessions to Enable's North American and EMEA pipeline gen and prospecting team to:
- Design certification programs to maintain high standards in selling and customer communications
- Partner with sales ops to continuously improve sales processes and productivity
- Assess current salesperson skills, identify growth opportunities and coaching to improve sellers success rate
- Create, evaluate and track KPI metrics

Person Requirements:
3 days per week access to San Francisco office (more flexibility after ramp up)
Able to travel in the US or Internationally once per quarter for max 1 week at a time
2+ years in a sales enablement role with a SaaS company
Passion for sales development activity; prospecting, pipeline generation etc.
Ability to coach and role play with salespeople at all levels
Sense of urgency and a strong work ethic

Base salary sweet spot 130k + med/dental/vision & equity
