The Role & Responsibilities

  • Apply business acumen, technical, and declarative skills to quickly assess, diagnose, and design solutions to address business needs via Salesforce.com
  • Optimize engagement, conduct quarterly business reviews
  • Provide consulting guidance
  • Organize and execute deployments
  • Perform gap analysis
  • Provide basic product support troubleshooting

Skills needed:

  • 3+ Years experience as Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Apex Data Loader
  • Strong understanding of core database concepts
  • Conversational knowledge of HTML, Java or Apex is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills
