Introduction: We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce development, particularly in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This role offers the opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, and testing to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce solutions.
- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce functionalities to improve performance and user experience.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce DX.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
