The Practice Leader Position is a dynamic role that is responsible for leveraging their experience and technical competency within Salesforce and other related platforms that integrate with Salesforce to achieve team and customer success. This role will be viewed as a leader and will coach, train and mentor the team and build strong rapport and relationships with the Salesforce Account Executive and Client community. To be successful in this role you will need to be a full spectrum leader, active listener, foster business relationships. This role will also require a strong business development, consulting and architect competency with a strong desire to continue to learn as things change and grow in the technology industry.

Core Responsibilities

  • Delivery Team Project Management Leadership and Oversight
  • Develop and implement processes with Delivery Execution team to drive best practices
  • Serve as the Delivery Execution Process Owner
  • Provide process governance and adherence
  • Conduct project retrospects and determine appropriate root cause corrective actions
  • Team Coaching and Training on Delivery
  • Provide insight to team on releases and products
  • Team Member On-Boarding for Delivery Execution
  • Dev Utilization Management
  • Dev Team Feedback and Streamline Processes between Delivery team and Dev Team
  • Lead the Overall Team Huddle Calls
  • Client Discovery and Scoping Sessions
  • Support Business Development-Must be able to sell anything
  • Develop scoping for Client proposals
  • Serves as a Business Architect or Consultant where needed
  • Knowledge Content Management
  • Support calls with SFDC to support clients on negotiating
  • Builds strong rapport and relationships with the Salesforce Account Executive and Client community
