Security Engineering Specialist (offensive focus) - REMOTE

**Cyber Security Consultancy is currently seeking Security Engineering Specialists (offensive focus) to join their growing team. DIRECT HIRE. Must currently live in the United States.**

Responsibilities:

Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Research

Exploit development

Secure Code Review

Tool/product development

Reverse engineering, malware analysis

Threat modeling, risk analysis

Interfacing with clients to determine and understand their security needs

Provide recommendations

Mentoring & guiding junior team members

Skills/Experience/Education Preferred (not all required):

Application & Product Security

Penetration Testing (apps, network, cloud, mobile, IoT)

Vulnerability Research

Exploit development

Tool development/product development

Reverse Engineering & Malware Analysis

Experience with application security tools (DAST, SAST, IAST, OSA, etc.)

Security Consulting experience

Cloud experience (Amazon Web Services, Azure, etc.)

Containers experience (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.)

Incident Response & Threat Hunting

Experience with different development or scripting languages (c#, java, c/c++, python, javascript, bash, batch, perl, shell, golang, etc.)

Any of the following security certifications is a plus: OSWE, OSCE, OSCP, OSEE, OSWP, eCPTX, eCPPT, eWPTX, eWPT, GXPN, GMOB, GPEN, GSSP-JAVA, GSSP-.NET, CSWAE, CEPT, CPTE, CPTC, CPT, LPT

Bachelor's degree: computer science or similar discipline
