Senior Account Manager - Central Birmingham - Up to £45,000 +OTE
Exciting opportunity for a senior account manager to grow and progress their career with a forward thinking, market leading SaaS Company. You will be working with a broad rang of clients within the B2B and B2C focusing on building relationships with new customers and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
Your main tasks will include:
- Being a platform expert - working with other internal teams to insure platform knowledge is kept up to date.
- Support and manage client accounts
- Resolve and investigate issues
- Attend client meetings
- Identify opportunities to support current clients and bring on new clients.
- Monitor client account activity inline with KPI's
- 3+ years industry experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Previous proven experience of managing and dealing with C Level clients and above
- Excellent ability to build rapport, influence and develop business relationships.
- Highly motivated.
- The ability to multitask and think outside the box.
