The Role

This is an exciting chance to play a key role within a well-established, ever-growing eCommerce agency as a Senior Digital Project Manager. You will join a real loyal and enthusiastic workforce who care about their staff, and their top clientele who they work with. You will get the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging but rewarding high-profile projects for some of the leading brands nationally. Despite this being an agency, due to the nature of the large bespoke solutions that they build you could be on one project for up to 18 months - no churning out small website builds and biting off more than you can chew here! You will join a team of 7 and also work closely with some top talent in the industry who despite being at senior level, you will have the opportunity to shadow for the first couple of weeks and learn from. You will play a pivotal role for the business in ensuring that clients receive the best of the best solutions and what you have promised, all delivered on time and with a smile! In order to apply for this role, ideally you will have heaps of eCommerce experience or be well-versed in eCommerce CMS' such as Magento 2.

Your day to day:

  • You will manage projects right the way from initial conception through to delivery (defining, scheduling, budgeting, risk assessing, quality checking and reporting)
  • You will take responsibility for the flow of communication between the business and the client thus giving you lots of autonomy.
  • Conduct planning meetings with the client.
  • Advise on new technologies.
  • Keep clients updated and hold meetings with them to communicate project progress.
  • Manage and work with multiple projects / clients.
  • Responsible for proposals and budgeting
  • Identify and manage scope creep and raise RFC's.
  • Coordinate internally within teams to ensure that projects are on track and delivered on time.
  • Prioritise tasks.
  • Keep senior management updated on projects and risks.
