What you will do.

Multiple Levels: NodeJS Backend Engineer

- Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices.
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
- Supports and ensures business objectives being met.
- Leads the work of other small groups of 3 to 4 engineers for assigned Engineering projects - Leads and participates in end-to-end service implementations, data feeds ingestion and orchestration.
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Troubleshoots business and production issues.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting design and development issues and provide appropriate solutions- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, with technical and non-technical cross-functional teams
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the junior engineers
- Knowledge of standard tools for optimizing and testing code
- A desire to work in a fast-paced an challenging work environment
- Passionate about code quality
