Responsibilities

  • Management of the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of the network project workstream
  • Establish and run project review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with the broader programs
  • Coordinate and align with other workstreams to document dependencies
  • Minimise programme exposure from a workstream perspective by planning and reviewing intra- and inter-domain risks and issues


Requirements

  • Strong technology infrastructure project management experience is a must
  • Strong Azure Migration experience
  • Strong Active Directory experience
  • Demonstratable experience delivering projects within large organisations within a regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals or Telecommunications)
  • Hands-on experience managing IT M&A-based projects beneficial
  • Certification(s) in one or more of the major project management and / or Agile methodologies (e.g. PMP, Prince, Scrum, etc.)
  • An ability to communicate complex and technical issues to diverse audiences, verbally and in writing, in an easily understood, authoritative and actionable manner
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience of understanding and meeting the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Extremely proficient with project management tools and software (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project Plan, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Flexibility to working hours with some out of hours work for live implementations in global time zones
  • Experience moving technical projects forward with minimal oversight, and ability to adapt to new information, situations, or challenges
  • Experience building strong relationships with collaborators across an organisation and external partners
  • Ability to work independently and aggressively track to project timelines
