My Client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to come and join their team to support them in the current climate, there will be a high number of tickets to deal with so the ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running and work remotely.

The ideal candidate will have the following set of skills:

  • Excellent Service Desk Experience
  • ITIL Certified (desirable)
  • Ability to produce knowledge documents and procedures for transfer of activities and tasks to 1st line, improving the Service Desk Team First Time Fix rate.
  • Experience with various microsoft softwares
  • Good working knowledge of PC hardware and software set-up and configuration.
