Service Desk Analyst - 6 months - Outside IR35
I am working with a financial client, who are seeking several Service Desk Analyst. Within this role you will be responsible for providing 1st line support to an internal user base on a busy fast-paced helpdesk, dealing with the management of both routine and non-routine incidents, problems, and requests.
These roles are Outside IR35 paying £250 per day
- At least 2-3 years of experience working within 1st line or 2nd line technical support.
- IT Service Management System knowledge
- Solid ITIL foundation understanding
- Windows 10/11 and Office 365 support experience.
- Active Directory management
- Core understanding of Microsoft End User operating systems and associated applications to deal with 1st line user queries/resolutions.
- Basic understanding of computer networking
