My client, based in South Yorkshire, are looking for a Service Desk/Service Delivery Manager

The client require someone with strong Service Desk Management experience and a record of improving SLA'S.

Responsibilities and Experience:

  • Service Desk Manager by trade and background
  • Strong team lead experience
  • Service Desk background is a MUST
  • Experience in managing incidents and working to SLA processes
  • ITIL experience is KEY
  • Technologies knowledge: Service Desk, Office 365, Windows 7/10, Server, ServiceNow, ITIL, Help Desk, Network, etc
