Experienced needed for the Contract Service Desk Team Leader
- Leadership experience of a small team.
- Delivering hands on technical support to 150+ people remotely.
- 1st-2nd line support.
- Being the first point of contact for all IT related matters, and responsible for escalating issues.
- Continuously improving the service capabilities as and when required.
