Role and Requirements

Responsible for multiple implementations of all ITOM applications (CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud and Event Management)
Design, develop, configure, implement, and support all ITOM applications for several end-clients
Lead client engagement and translate business requirements into technical solutions
3-5 years ServiceNow experience - primary focus on ITOM
Hands-on ITOM Development experience
Knowledge of Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Service Mapping, Event Management, Discovery, or CSDM
Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS)
Certifications preferred: ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator, ServiceNow Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
