ServiceNow Senior Developer

Mid -> Senior Level ServiceNow Developer - IT Service Management (ITSM) - IT Operations Management (ITOM) - CMDB - Fully Remote - ServiceNow Elite Partner

The Role

As a Senior Developer, you'll use agile methodology to develop solutions, working in collaboration with stakeholders and functional team members to meet customer requirements.

Design, develop, test, and deploy technical solutions on ServiceNow platform
Provide technical support and expertise with consultants to scope and develop implementation plans
Guide customers on how to utilize CMDB and other platform data
Create and modify custom Workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Scripts

The Skills

3+ years of experience on ServiceNow platform
2+ years experience configuring with CMDB
Experience developing implementations within the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or IRM
Experience with Service portal, SN Workspace, Now Experience
Integrations experience

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administration (CSA) Preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Desired
