Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in discovery and qualification of opportunities with prospective customers
  • Serve as the technical expert in support of both licensing and services sales
  • Develop, leverage, and refine sales assets for supporting the sales lifecycle
  • Maintain current knowledge of ServiceNow platform and application capabilities
  • Solution, scope, and estimate effort for proposed services
  • Leverage templates to develop proposals and contracts for services

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience in a sales /consulting delivery role
  • Experience leading client-facing sessions that include workshops, client interviews, QBRs, executive briefings
  • Ability to keep a client's business goals at the forefront
