The Role

An opportunity for dedicated Software Support Analysts to work for a small and growing software company who provides finance and accountant management systems to third parties. As part of this tightknit team you will be responsible for the following:

  • Support and maintain their clients cloud-based systems
  • Assist with application-related incidents
  • Take ownership of each issue raised by clients and maintain strong line of communication with them
  • Maintain the companies in-house technical support desk

They are looking for someone who wants to take responsibility as part of the team. The ideal candidate needs to have worked on independent central systems.

Role Requirements for the Software Support Analysts

Essential -

  • 2 + years' experience
  • SQL
  • Helpdesk ticketing systems experience
  • Excellent client facing and communicating skills

Beneficial -

  • Financial Background
  • Accounting systems Experience
