Software Support Analyst - Toronto, Canada - SQL, Bilingual English/French preferred - Up to $50,000

The Role

As a Software Support Analyst you will be fielding calls and managing the queue for support items. You will track all internal tickets throughout the process, using your basic tech knowledge to resolve configurations or odd behaviors. When required, you will liaise with the development team to have them fix bugs, etc. This position has a shift of 12:00PM EST - 8:00PM EST.

Software Support Analyst Role Requirements

* Basic tech knowledge and great communication skills required

* Some experience with or a basic understanding of SQL

* Ability to manage support ticketing process from start to finish

* Fluent in English - Bilingual (English and French) Preferred

* Willingness to learn!
