Role: Application Support Engineer
Salary: £35,000 DOE
Join a global leading software supplier working with various retail companies and businesses to provide mobile computing solutions across Europe and the UK. They are looking for someone who has experience in software support to join their close-knit Manchester team to provide 1st and 2nd line support as an Application Support Engineer.
The role entails 1st and 2nd line support to customers using an MDM to investigate problems, resolve incidents and put improvements in place to help the service desk application. They are looking for someone with strong communication skills as you will be phoning, emailing and talking to customers through the service desk application.
If you have experience supporting applications, have an interest in the SaaS industry and have excellent communication skills, this is the role for you!
- Excellent Communications Skills

- Passport and Driving Licence
- ITIL knowledge (desirable)
- SQL experience
