The Role & Responsibilities

Customer facing role
Build plans to enhance Salesforce systems and processes
Experience with multiple clouds is a plus. Will handle projects in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Revenue Cloud.
Work both independently and with team to meet deadlines

Skillset

Minimum 2 years of Salesforce administering or consulting experience
Must hold an active Salesforce certification
Proficient writing skills for creating functional documents
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to learn quickly
