Job Summary

The Strategic Program Analyst ensures accuracy, quality, and consistency across high-level portfolio financial reporting that specializes in providing real-time financial updates to fit the needs of our Domestic and International accounts. This individual has superior analytical and communication skills dedicated to validating forecasts, developing historical trends, providing consultation/working closely with relevant delivery team members, and presenting on the financial health to internal and customer stakeholders. . This role will bring value by creating an accurate roll-up of financial health at the program level, while collaboratively working with members at the "ground level" to ensure cost impacts are discovered timely and explained clearly for efficient executive decision-making. This role is focused on analyzing project financials, actual vs budgeted cost variance, budget accounting, identifying and mitigating financial risk, delivering value-added business analysis, and providing meaningful financial and operational metrics that inform insightful and accurate business decision-making. This Financial Analyst role will work remotely to support a high-volume and financially complex global services program.


  • Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reporting packages including variance analysis against budget and forecast for internal and Customer use
  • Prepare and manage accruals on a regular basis
  • Track HW and Services invoicing and provide weekly reports and/or dashboard
  • Be prepared to discuss any financial challenges w/Customer Finance team
  • Work with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure project financials are correct and timely
  • Forecast on a regular basis with accuracy the expected project costs, revenue, and end dates
  • Maintain and distribute multiple internal and Customer reports with accuracy and professionalism
  • Coordinate with various members of the team to review past and current financial information
  • Prepare regular financial projections, reports, and presentations based on analysis
  • Assist the Services organization with project profitability analysis
  • Prepare cost analysis including documentation of findings and recommendations
  • Create and maintain a dashboard to track trends
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and SLA's are achieved for invoicing and change order processing
  • Maintain communication with both internal and client executive sponsors as well as program managers
  • Maintain communication with suppliers and/or services partners as appropriate in support of the program
  • Analyze schedule, scope and milestone performance of the program relative to budget
  • Manage the day-to-day program/project financials as needed for business growth
  • Manage major issue resolution and risk mitigation reagrding invoicing and forecasting


  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (most importantly Excel) for FP&A reporting creation and documentation
  • Oracle, Tableau, Salesforce, Clarity PPM, & Power BI understanding preferred
  • Project Management training in Technology Areas related to the program are preferred
  • Excellent understanding of financial processes; able to create proformas, track project metrics, forecast future trends and manage change
