SaaS Technical Lead - Remote / Travel - $76-90 per hour - ZenDesk, SaaS, CRM, Strategy

The Role

Oscar Technology is working hand in hand with a Global Cisco Partner on finding the perfect SaaS Technical lead needed for this position.

This is a Contract To Hire Position that will not provide sponsorship. This position will involve some travel in the US.

About the Role:

  • You will be building out a state of the art ZenDesk Platform that will enable a global email delivery solution - this will be KEY in improving the business functionality for handling, routing, and reporting on volumes of emails.
  • Collaborate and drive key decisions, document architectural requirements, etc.

SaaS Technical Lead Requirements

  • Development of API'S - capable of learning how to customize and integrate the platform with other tools
  • Code Creation - Java or Microsoft
  • Platform Architecture and design oversight
  • Configuration and implantation with ZenDesk
  • Experience with ZenDesk and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Responsible for coordinating all technical aspects of the service globally.
  • 2-3 years' experience in configuring, designing, deploying, and supporting a ZenDesk environment
