Technical Product Manager - Nottingham - up to £50,000

One of the Midlands most challenging yet rewarding employers are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join their team in Nottingham.

The hold strong market value within the FinTech space that is being used by an impressive portfolio of clientele with ever growing acquisitions of new partners and awards under their belt. Their success of the products has enabled clientele growth, thus enabling this company's growth plans of expanding to 300 seats in the coming years!

They want a high calibre Product Manager, preferably someone within the Financial services space (consumer lending would be a bonus!) If you've been fortunate to deliver creative solutions and efficiency to both internal key stakeholders and external clients then that's brilliant. Beyond that, you are driven by results, an honest person, and you are self-motivated within a fast paced environment.

Your role will be helping to shape their products by communicating key market requirements, lots of liaising with the development team to ensure client requirements are met, managing senior stakeholders and leading with autonomy but not waiting for authority. High quality delivery here is imperative (practice what you preach!) and ultimately you can run your own schedule & role.

The clients minimum requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst
  • Great knowledge about Financial Services, specifically Lending/Insolvency
  • Experience working directly with key stakeholders
  • In-depth knowledge of implementing solutions for customers

Desirable requirements:

  • Experience with Jira or Confluence (or similar)
  • Ability to simplify complex tasks and problem solve
  • Experience as part of an agile software delivery process
  • Experience in SQL/APIs

Commute - there is a lot of flexibility for working arrangements, as long as you cover the main hours of the day (in person or virtually). This company is 100% remote at the moment, but post-covid there will be a requirement to go into the office 2-3 times a week.

Salary - our client are looking to offer up to £50,000 for the right person.
