A hybrid Technical Support Engineer role with an element of QA is available with a reputable and growing SAAS company based in West London. Our client has been operating successfully for almost 20 years and has brought on multiple exciting clients in that time. They have a brilliant culture and an exciting office set up. They are now keen to expand and grow in all departments and securing a permanent Technical Support Engineer is a key part of that growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of QA testing, Linux, Windows, API's, support, troubleshooting servers and strong customer facing skills.

Technical Support Engineer Description:

  • Communicating with customers and assisting them in software installation.
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting issues.
  • Always look for improvements to the existing system.
  • Manage testing of updates, installers, integrations and VMs.
  • Work with the QA team to ensure testing is done to a high standard.
