Technical Support Lead

Technical Support Lead - 100% Remote, Quarterly Bonus, Career Progression - Professional SQL experience required, Oil & Gas industry, B2B Customer Support - Up to $120k

The Role

You will be accountable for leading the customer support function here in U.S. Especially in the beginning, you will be managing all new and open tickets with one direct report of first line support. Eventually, you will build out the U.S support team and serve as Team Lead overseeing all team members, occasionally stepping in where needed. You will act as a knowledge center for new team members to get them ramped up quickly, as well evaluating customer needs and new solutions to improve processes.

Technical Support Lead Role Requirements

* 3+ years experience in Customer Support, some of that as a Lead

* At least 1yr professional SQL experience required

* Experience working closely with 3rd party partners and in B2B customer support

* Prior experience building out and leading a support team preferred

* Start Up experience strongly preferred
