1st / 2nd Line Support Specialist - Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, VPN, Office 365, Networking - Berkshire - Salary up to £29,000 depending on experience.
A brand new opportunity has arisen for a 1st / 2nd Line Support Specialist to join a well established Medical company based in Berkshire. The 1st / 2nd Line Support Specialist will be responsible for communicating with clients using the helpdesk and resolving any technical issues. The 1st / 2nd Line Support Specialist will be required to communicate with both technical and none-technical individuals and at times may need to lift up to 50 pounds.
The 1st / 2nd Line Support Specialist should have experience in Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN and strong knowledge of Windows. The Technical Support Specialist should have fantastic communication skills (both written and verbal) and should be confident speaking to other team members, clients & shareholders.
