Technical Support Team Leader - Southport, Liverpool, Preston, Wigan, Ormskirk, Skelmersdale - ITIL, Software Support, SaaS, Root Cause Analysis, SLAs - up to £35,000

The Role

Technical Support Team Leader with experience of ITIL, Software Suppot, SaaS, Root Cause Analysis, SLAs is required to join a global company.

You will provide effective leadership to the rest of the team, ensuring SLAs are being met. You will be a mentor to other members of their team, helping them to improve individually and as such helping the team to improve as a whole.

Effective root-cause analysis will ensure that the service your team provides is of the highest standard. As well as this, you will help to provide hands on support for multiple products and systems.
