The Role

As the Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for executing projects and service delivery to the customer, with a focus on retention and renewal. You will liase with C-Level clients and their tech teams, assist with pre-release testing and documentation of the app, as well as Transformation and onboarding of clients. You will own the 3 month implementation plan of the product and handover to customer success team. You will assist clients with set up and configuration, as well as daily support issues - troubleshooting a wide variety of technical issues.

Transformation Manager Role Requirements

Technical or Bachelor's degree required
3yrs experience in a similar role
Solid technical background with strong understanding of software development and web technologies
Excellent client facing/customer service skills
Experience with SaaS, specifically within legal services preferred
