US Sales Manager / Head of Sales - Enterprise IT, SaaS, Technical Solutions - Paying up to $150,000 + $100k OTE - Atlanta, GA

The Role

Oscar Tech is working with a UK based portfolio business to find an exceptional HEAD OF SALES with a HUNTER background to help grow one of their IT Solution business units in the US.

You will lead a small ELITE team focused on selling Application Modernization to Enterprise clients, but still have the backing of one of their largest brands well-known for their Software Products & Project Services Consulting.

Initially you will need to contribute to accelerate the growth of the division, but as you hire more New Business Sales Consultants (I am looking for these too), the role will organically take a more holistic view.

These are large scale / multi-year engagements that you will he targeting with numerous opportunities to sell other services mid-cycle - this means that your team could easily hit deliverables with a targeted and skilled approach.

A typical day will look like:

  • Working with internal MDs & VPs to create sales strategies
  • Ensure targets are met and forecasts are realistic
  • Coach, Mentor & Hire a team across the US
  • Encourage use of the CRM (SalesForce) & achievement of KPIs
  • Identifying prospects and help secure group wide deals

What we are looking for from you?

  • Team Management / Leadership Skills
  • Experience pitching and winning business from Senior IT Management (CTO's, CIO's or VP's)
  • Track record of achieving annual sales goals
  • Familiar with Enterprise level sales ($500k+)
  • Full-lifecycle sales experience
  • Flexibility to travel up to 35%

You don't need to have a specific technical background or connections within a particular industry, but a Software & Services solution experience would lend well to this position. If you can bring DRIVE, ACCOUNTABILITY & SELF-DISCIPLINE, then all of the product training that you need will be provided!
