Workday Manager

This position will report directly to the VP of HR

This person will serve as the liaison between HR tech vendors, IT and HR business areas

Main responsibilities:

- Plan/organize day-day operations of the department

-Develop and implement new policies and programs as you deem necessary

-Manage budget

-Identify/evaluate process improvements

- Manage maintenance of Workday security

-Develop/manage/maintain vendor relationships

- Serve in consulting capacity on HR initiatives w/ tech component

Education and Experience:

- 5+ years in HRIS

-Management Experience

- Experience building HRIS Integrations

- 3+ years with Workday Core HCM

-Experience developing Custom reports and complex calc fields

- This is a remote position

- COVID-19 vaccination is a requirement for this role.

Salary Range: $130k - 145k w/ 10% bonus
