Kostas was initially contacted by Oscar in 2008 at a time when his employer was recruiting IT staff and we were invited to support him on that hire.
However, Oscar was in competition with other recruitment agencies who came recommended by his colleagues.

What We Did
We met with Kostas and established twin lines of communication.
Firstly, we provided him with an Account Manager as a central recruitment contact. This ensured all key information was retained within Oscar and could be communicated to all our team members clearly without any repetition.

Secondly, once we confirmed that Kostas was happy to work with multiple Consultant contacts, we set up communication channels between Kostas and our Consultants who work in vertical markets.
