Job Title: Infor CSI/Syteline Operations Consultant

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced CSI/Syteline Operations Consultant with a strong focus on Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) within Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/Syteline). This role involves implementing, optimizing, and supporting the effective use of CSI's APS tools to drive efficiency and resource optimization across client organizations. The ideal candidate has a solid background in CSI/Syteline implementations, along with expertise in leveraging APS and core ERP functionalities for operational improvements.

This position requires travel up to 50% of the time, as well as the ability to work remotely from a home office. We are looking for an independent, self-motivated professional with strong technical and leadership skills, particularly within manufacturing or service environments.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of CSI/Syteline, focusing on core ERP functionality and operational efficiency.
• Configure and optimize Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) and Finite Capacity Scheduling (FCS) within CSI to improve resource allocation and production timelines.
• Ensure seamless configuration and support of CSI modules, focusing on APS tools and system performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, identify system gaps, and design solutions to meet client goals.
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement automation opportunities using CSI's built-in tools to drive performance improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users, including support for the Infor CSI & Ming.le platforms.
• Oversee daily system maintenance and project-related activities, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards using the Infor Workbench for real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
• Stay current with Infor CSI system upgrades and best practices, applying new knowledge to support evolving client needs.

Skills & Experience

• 3-5 years of experience with Infor CSI/Syteline ERP.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation, optimization, and support, with a focus on APS tools inside CSI.
• Expertise in Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) within CSI.
• Strong experience in operational efficiency, particularly in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and their configuration within CSI.
• Project management skills, including cost control, resource allocation, and team collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills for client collaboration and user training.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and manage complex system requirements.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in CSI/Syteline systems, manufacturing operations, or IT.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience with Infor CSI/Syteline ERP.
