IT Support Analyst - Crewe, Stoke, Northwich, Macclesfield, Chester - Windows Server / Desktop, SQL, Exchange server, Office 365, ITIL, Avaya / Mitel / Telephony, Active Directory, Customer Service - up to £24,000

The Role

The successful IT Support Analyst with skills in Windows Server / Desktop, SQL, Exchange server, Office 365, ITIL, Avaya / Mitel / Telephony, Active Directory, Customer Service; will be joining a fast paced and technical 2ndLine support desk working on both internal and client support. With this role you will need strong communication and technical skills as you will provide support both remotely and face to face under high pressure. You will work on BAU and project work, as well as receiving training to improve technical skillsets to make sure you will be able to service all client needs.
