Benefits Realisation Analyst

£300 P/D



My public sector client are looking for a Benefits Realisation Analyst for an initial 6 month contract.

  • Identify, develop and plan for Business Benefits Realisation and efficiency savings.
  • Support Programme and Project Managers in the monitoring, management and delivery of the Organisations Business Change Programme.
  • Assist in designing the project/programme organisation structure including areas such as stakeholders, users, risk managers and transition staffing.
  • Support the design of projects and programmes to ensure they deliver desirable benefits, whilst exploring opportunities to minimise disbenefits.
  • Monitor and evaluate programmes and projects, taking into account the original identified benefits and measuring them against the actual benefits achieved by the newly installed capabilities.
  • Routinely report progress to the Business Benefits Realisation Manager, appropriate governance boards and key stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the Communication Plan regarding Benefits Realisation to outline the communication flow between all interested parties with both internal and external partners.
  • Attend meetings to discuss issues regarding Business Benefits Realisation and to take any action when required.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organisations Change function to support the organisation Change plans making sure they are maintained and are effective.
  • Support the Business Realisation Plan and Benefit profiles and measures benefits against the base line processes and the business blueprints.
  • Support the Benefits Realisation Manager on the development of the Benefits Realisation strategy and plan.
  • Support and look for the best practice on Benefits Realisation and Continuous Improvement
  • May be required to work outside normal working hours and travel around and outside of the organisations area.
  • Perform such other duties as reasonably correspond to the general character of the post and are commensurate with its level of responsibility.
