Junior Project Manager - Prince 2, Waterfall, Agile - Warrington - salary up to £23,000 plus benefits

The Role

Are you highly organised and looking for the first step in your career as a PM? An innovative company in Warrington are looking for Junior Project Manager (Prince 2, Waterfall, Agile) to co-ordinate, support and manage a variety of projects within the technical team. You'll ensure that your projects are delivered on time and within budgets, working alongside other teams in the business to develop project plans in an Agile environment. The opportunity would be perfect for someone with commercial experience in a Project Support/ Co-Ordinator/ Assistant role looking to become a fully-fledged PM.

Please note: this is a client-facing role so excellent communication skills are essential, and the role will involve some occasional travel to client sites (mostly based in London), approximately once per month.

Junior Project Manager role requirements

• Qualified (preferably to degree level) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or similar
• Proven commercial experience within a Project role (e.g. Project Co-Ordinator, Assistant PM etc.)
• Good technical understanding, preferably from hands-on experience
• Excellent client facing and organisational skills

Any Project Management certifications/ training (PMP, APM, Prince 2 etc.) will be highly advantageous.
