Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions that align with clients' business objectives and IT strategies. Leverage your expertise to architect robust solutions encompassing ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, CSM, and other modules as per client requirements.
Technical Leadership: Serve as the subject matter expert on ServiceNow platform capabilities, best practices, and emerging trends. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.
Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique challenges, gather requirements, and recommend tailored solutions that drive business value. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Customization and Integration: Customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages to meet specific client needs. Design and implement seamless integrations with third-party systems, leveraging APIs and middleware platforms.
Solution Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and user manuals. Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project teams and clients.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other scripting languages.
