    Title: ServiceNow CSM/FSM Architect

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow CSM/FSM Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing solutions using ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. You will collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide expertise throughout the entire project lifecycle.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to customer service and field service management.
    • Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging ServiceNow CSM and FSM modules to address clients' needs and enhance their customer service capabilities.
    • Design and configure ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, UI policies, notifications, and integrations, to meet functional and technical requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including mentoring junior team members and sharing best practices.
    • Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions to educate clients and stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve our offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or Field Service Management (FSM) are required.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience architecting and implementing ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on CSM and/or FSM modules.
    • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including configuration, customization, and integration techniques.
    • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and customer relationship management (CRM) concepts and best practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
    • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget in a consulting or professional services environment.
