The Role:

As a key member of their Growth Team, you will help scale the platform by optimizing customer onboarding and partner integration processes through your backend expertise. You can expect to work on a team of 6-8 other developers (both front and backend focused), mentor less experienced team members, & contribute to the documentation of technical designs.

Who You Are:

4-6+ years of OOP experience with Python/Django/Flask (OR Ruby, Java, C#)
Proficient with Relational Databases
Experience in the design, construction, and operation of production grade backend systems
Experience building/designing REST APIs
Experience engineering within a cloud environment (AWS preferred)
Interest in working in a mission-driven, hyper-growth startup environment
