Position Overview:

• The role requires a Senior Developer who has built solutions on the ServiceNow platform for multiple years (5 ), with deep familiarity across its scripting, design, and configuration layers.

• You should be comfortable working with a wide range of platform scripts - from UI policies and ACLs to client scripts, UI actions, business rules, and custom UI pages or portal components.

• A strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals, supported by working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and AJAX, is important for customizing experiences and extending platform functionality.

• Experience working with ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer, including creation, optimisation, and maintenance of automated processes, is key to success in this position.

• Candidates with exposure to modules like ITSM, CMDB, SOM, CSM, FSM, PPM, or the AppDev Engine will be at an advantage, especially if they've delivered cross-module implementations.

• the capability to design, configure, and support Service Catalog components and Service Portal functionality. (must have)
