The Role

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a .Net Developer (.Net, HTML, CSS and JavaScript) with a highly established and well-known business in the Heart of Dorset (.Net, HTML, CSS and JavaScript) to join them on their journey transforming and building both products, apps and websites. As a .Net Developer You will be working in a Technical/Delivery Team and will play an integral part in the development and maintenance of the previous products and be involved in the full software lifecycle. You will create solutions through trial and error, to ensure that you are using the latest and most cutting-edge technologies and being 'the best of the best'. With a designated point of contact and a supportive team culture, you will be trained to deliver services in conjunction with the company processes. Within a diverse team in terms of skillset, you are sure to be constantly learning and evolving as a professional- reaching solutions to problems through various evaluations in terms of experience. As a Software Developer (.Net, HTML, CSS and JavaScript), you will be expected to fully integrate yourself within the company (that really is a family) and share innovative ideas to the projects when appropriate and excel expectations whilst writing unique, clean code that can be built upon if needed.

Role Requirements:

  • .Net commercial experience (.Net, HTML, CSS and JavaScript)
  • Have a knowledge of Developments in the industry to ensure that we do well and stay competitive in the market
  • Product, website and application experience
  • MVC preferable
  • Effectively predict and make good use of time
  • You must be able to communicate complex technical solutions to varying audiences
  • Have a conscientious attitude to work and high attention to detail
  • Be a team player
  • Manage tasks and time effectively
  • Constantly learn and adapt to new approaches and technologies
  • Naturally solve challenging problems
  • Continually strive for quality
  • Experience of working within a fast moving team and environment
