The Role
A 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst role has arisen with family run IT Solutions company based in Hemel Hempstead The successful candidates will have strong knowledge of Windows 7/10, Office 365, Microsoft Office , Mobile Device, Windows Server, Citrix, Active Directory and Networking
You will be providing desktop support to members within the company and the company's clients. You will be evaluating and prioritising requests to ensure a quick and efficient resolve. Other tasks may include troubleshooting, resolving printer issues, isolate performance issues and running diagnostics, partaking in internal meetings to improve any IT related issues and working closely with team members. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows 7/10, Office 365, Microsoft Office, Windows Server, Citrix, Active Directory and Networking
